Abstract

The feedthrough assembly comprises a feedthrough connector, a capacitor filter, a metal supporting piece and a conductive material, wherein the metal supporting piece is located on the outer side of the capacitor filter; the metal supporting piece comprises at least one of a titanium material and a nickel material; one end of the metal supporting piece is welded and fixed to a titanium flange, the other end of the metal supporting piece extends in the direction away from the titanium flange, and the inner wall of the metal supporting piece faces the outer wall of the capacitor filter;and the conductive material is filled in an outer welding seam gap between the inner wall of the metal supporting piece and the outer wall of the capacitor filter, so that the metal supporting piece and the capacitor filter are fixed and electrically connected.
