Problems solved by technology

Commonly used organic solvents cannot completely remove polishing wax, especially the polishing materials such as metal oxides and carbides on it cannot be effectively cleaned; and chlorine-containing solvents are not only highly toxic, but also tend to hydrolyze. The workpiece will be corroded; at the same time, chemical and electrochemical methods for wax and degreasing must use strong acid or alkali, which will corrode metal, so it is not suitable for cleaning
[0003] In addition, although various wax removers currently on the market can clean the polishing wax and grease on the metal surface to a certain extent, due to the defects in their components, content and process, the rust resistance is very poor, and the metal products after cleaning The parts are easy to rust, and the product has a lot of foam, which is dangerous to use and poor cleaning efficiency

Abstract

The invention relates to the field of metal surface treatment, in particular to aluminum alloy deoiling and dewaxing powder and a preparing method thereof. The aluminum alloy deoiling and dewaxing powder is prepared from, by weight, 65-70% of borax, 5-8% of sodium oleate, 6-8% of sodium laurate, 1-3% of sodium lignin sulfonate, 1-2% of a surfactant, 3-5% of an emulsifying agent, 1-2% of ethylene glycol monobutylether and 4-6% of polyethylene glycol. The aluminum alloy deoiling and dewaxing powder can effectively remove oil and wax dirt attached to the surface of an aluminum alloy product; andthe aluminum alloy deoiling and dewaxing powder is not limited by temperature control, does not need to be cleaned up at a high temperature, and can remove polishing wax, grinding wax, grease, oil stains, dust and other dirt on the surface of the aluminum alloy product at a normal temperature.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to the field of metal surface treatment, in particular to an aluminum alloy degreasing and waxing powder and a preparation method thereof. Background technique [0002] After the metal workpiece is polished with polishing wax, the wax scale remains on the workpiece by mechanical adsorption, intermolecular adsorption and electrostatic adsorption. The main components of polishing wax are mineral oil, animal and vegetable oil, paraffin, natural wax, resin, stearic acid and abrasives. At present, the methods of wax removal, degreasing and degreasing of metal mainly include the following categories: organic solvent method, chemical method, electrochemical method and water-based cleaning agent method. Commonly used organic solvents cannot completely remove polishing wax, especially the polishing materials such as metal oxides and carbides on it cannot be effectively cleaned; and chlorine-containing solvents are not only highly toxic, b...
