Abstract

Though treatment, lignin in fiber can be dissolved effectively, and a protective layer on the surface of the fiber is formed by the lignin, so that the efficiency of subsequent bleaching is improved, and the fiber is protected in the bleaching process. Through the pretreatment,the content of cellulose in the pulp can be increased, the content of the lignin is reduced at the same time, and the physical strength of finished paper is improved, so that the application range ofeucalyptus and other broad-leaved wood is widened; and through the treatment, the bleaching effect is improved, the amount of a bleaching agent is reduced, the bleaching efficiency is improved, and pollution is reduced.
