Problems solved by technology

[0008] The purpose of the present invention is to provide an energy comprehensive utilization method and system for flue gas whitening coupled with seawater desalination, which solves the secondary pollution caused by the wet saturated flue gas formed after the desulfurization of the current thermal power plant is discharged into the atmosphere, and also solves the current The flue gas whitening process requires a lot of heat or cooling depending on the process. At the same time, the heat and water in the flue gas also cause a huge waste of energy; in addition, it also reduces the demand for steam in the low-temperature seawater desalination system.

Abstract

The invention provides an energy comprehensive utilization method and system for coupling flue gas white plume elimination with sea water desalination. The system mainly comprises a thermal power plant thermodynamic system, a flue gas white plume elimination and heat removal system and a low-temperature seawater desalination system. The method comprises following steps: flue gas exhausted by a boiler sequentially is introduced into a cooler after passing through a dust remover and a desulfurizing tower, more than 90% of water vapor in the flue gas is condensed and separated out, and then is discharged through a chimney, and flue gas white plume elimination of the desulfurized flue gas is achieved; main steam generated by the boiler is exhausted into the condenser after acting in a steam turbine, in the condenser, seawater is adopted for cooling, most of the seawater is exhausted back to the sea after being heated, and a small part of the seawater is treated and then is conveyed into aseawater desalination preheating system, and finally is introduced into a low-temperature multi-effect evaporation module to generate fresh water; a low-temperature heat source required by the low-temperature multi-effect evaporation is provided by a heat pump in the flue gas white plume elimination and heat removal system, and low-temperature extraction gas of a steam turbine is taken as a heat pump driving heat source. The method is capable of organically combining flue gas white plume elimination water extraction and seawater desalination, ingeniously combining the two processes into a whole, achieving dual benefits of environmental protection and energy conservation, and is promising in application prospect.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to the field of environmental protection and energy saving, in particular to an energy comprehensive utilization method and system for flue gas whitening coupled with seawater desalination. Background technique [0002] The flue gas desulfurization section of boilers in active coal-fired power plants generally adopts wet desulfurization (such as limestone-gypsum method, seawater desulfurization, ammonia method, double alkali method, etc.). After the flue gas is washed by the absorption tower, it can meet the SO 2 Emission up to the standard, but at the same time, the high-temperature flue gas will form wet saturated flue gas at the outlet of the absorption tower after washing. The wet saturated flue gas inevitably carries the escaping fine dust (such as gypsum powder, coal ash, calcium carbonate powder, etc.) and a large amount of water vapor. Secondary pollution, the water vapor in the flue gas will condense into fine droplets w...
