The system comprises a power supply, a test strip connector, an upper computer and an alarm module, wherein the power supply is respectively connected with the test strip connector, the upper computer and the alarm module; an output terminal of the test strip connector is connected with aninput terminal of the upper computer; and an output terminal of the upper computer is connected with the alarm module. By adopting the system, the problem that multiple detection devices need to be utilized when a conventional portable electrochemical detection instrument is used for performing detection of multiple indexes is solved; the detection of multiple blood indexes can be completed by use of one test strip detection device in the system; meanwhile the problem that the electric quantity generated by a redox reaction is easily affected by hematokrit in blood during detection is solved;the accuracy of the detection result is improved; and the system is perfect as a whole and high in reliability.
