[0060] The present invention also provides a method for preparing the photoresponsive composite material, comprising the following steps:

[0061] (1) Dissolve the polymer base material, carbonized polymer quantum dots and photoacid generator respectively in a solvent, and mix uniformly to obtain a raw material mixture; or mix the polymer base material, carbonized polymer quantum dots and photobase The generators are respectively dissolved in the solvent and mixed evenly to obtain a raw material mixture;

[0062] (2) Under the condition of avoiding light, put the raw material mixture obtained in step (1) into a mold, and obtain the photoresponsive composite material after removing the solvent, the composite material includes a polymer base material, and the polymer base material Carbonized polymer quantum dots are dispersed in the material, and photoacid generators or photobase generators are also dispersed.

[0063] In some embodiments, in step (1), the polymer substrate is ...

Embodiment 1

[0075] A photoresponsive composite material that can form and display patterns and destroy patterns, including 0.01wt% carbonized polymer quantum dots emitting green fluorescence, 0.1wt% diphenyliodonium hexafluorophosphate and 99.89wt% Aqueous solution of polyvinyl alcohol. This photoresponsive patterned composite material can be assisted by a photomask to form the same fluorescent pattern as the template under ultraviolet exposure, and the stored fluorescent pattern can be seen under the ultraviolet light, and the whole can be seen after the overall exposure. The fluorescence of the composite film, i.e. the stored fluorescent pattern, is destroyed.

[0076] The preparation of this photoresponsive composite material is as follows: fully dissolve 0.01wt% of green carbonized polymer quantum dots and 0.1wt% of diphenyliodonium hexafluorophosphate in an appropriate amount of water, and disperse uniformly with ultrasonic assistance at room temperature. solution; after the uniform...

Embodiment 2

[0084] A photoresponsive composite material capable of forming and displaying patterns and destroying patterns, comprising 0.02% by weight of red carbonized polymer quantum dots, 0.2% by weight of 2-(4-methoxyphenyl)-4,6-bis An aqueous solution obtained by preparing (trichloromethyl)-1,3,5-triazine and 99.78% by weight poly-N,N-dimethylacrylamide as a carrier. This light-responsive composite material records the same fluorescent pattern as the template under ultraviolet exposure, and the recorded fluorescent pattern can be seen under ultraviolet light, and at the same time, the fluorescence of the entire film is seen to be destroyed after the overall exposure.

[0085] The preparation of this composite material with photoresponsive function is as follows: fully dissolve 0.02wt% of red carbonized polymer quantum dots in an appropriate amount of water, add 0.2wt% of 2-(4-methoxyphenyl)-4,6 - A homogeneous solution obtained by dissolving bis(trichloromethyl)-1,3,5-triazine in a m...

Abstract

The invention belongs to the technical field of composite materials, and more particularly relates to a photo-responsive composite material, a preparation method and application thereof. The compositematerial comprises a polymer substrate and carbonized polymer quantum dots dispersed in the polymer substrate, and a photoacid generator or a photobase generator, wherein the carbonized polymer quantum dots are capable of emitting fluorescence; and an acid generated by the photoacid generator or an organic base generated by the photobase generator is capable of interacting with fluorescence-emitting sites of the carbonized polymer quantum dots to quench the fluorescence of the carbonized polymer quantum dots. The photo-responsive composite material can realize information recording by zoningexposure of different regions to control fluorescence intensity of the different regions in an ultraviolet exposure process; the recorded information has certain stability under sunlight; and information destruction can be realized through overall exposure. The photo-responsive composite material has good biocompatibility and low environmental toxicity, and can be used as an anti-counterfeit label.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention belongs to the technical field of composite materials, and more specifically relates to a photoresponsive composite material, its preparation method and application. Background technique [0002] The composite material with controllable fluorescence lifetime can complete the precise light-controlled fluorescence response process, realize the required pattern storage and information display under special conditions, that is, under the irradiation of ultraviolet light, and can realize the selective destruction of fluorescent patterns. It has important applications in shelf life detection, high-end anti-counterfeiting, intelligence transmission and destruction of acquired information. [0003] Pattern hiding technology based on fluorescent substances is an important high-end anti-counterfeiting technology. However, traditional fluorescent substances contain heavy metal atoms, have poor biocompatibility, and are prone to light flicker. Carb...
