Abstract

The invention applies to the technical field of terahertz security check, substance detection, remote sensing and medical diagnosis and provides a radiometer front end and terminal equipment. The radiometer front end comprises a metal box body, wherein a groove is set at an upper side face; a plurality of bosses are set in the groove; a first low noise amplifier chip, a second low noise amplifierchip and a detector chip are set on the corresponding bosses in sequence; a quartz probe is set in the groove of the metal box body and is located at a left side of the boss corresponding to the firstlow noise amplifier chip; a video amplifier is set in the groove of the metal box body and is located at a right side of the boss corresponding to the detector chip; and conductive wires are set between the bosses in the groove of the metal box body, between the quartz probe and the boss corresponding to the first low noise amplifier chip, and between the boss corresponding to the detector chip and the video amplifier; and adjacent devices are electrically connected through utilization of the conductive wires. A size of each circuit can be remarkably reduced.
