Abstract

The invention discloses a method for avoiding large difference of thermal expansion coefficient between high-melting-point metal film and base material. The high-melting-point metal film comprises a substrate layer, a middle layer and a metal layer. The method includes the following steps that (1) the surface treatment of the substrate material is performed; (2) the middle layer is sprayed with acetylene-oxygen flame; (3) grinding treatment is performed on the surface of the middle layer; and (4) a high-melting metal solid continuous film is sprayed with electric arc. The thickness of the solid continuous film prepared through the method is 2-5 mm. According to the method for avoiding large difference of thermal expansion coefficient between high-melting-point metal film and base material,the preparation procedures are reasonable, operation is simple and convenient, the problem of large difference of the thermal expansion coefficient between the high-melting-point metal and the base material can be effectively avoided, the surface of the prepared high-melting-point metal film is compact, combination with the middle layer and the substrate is firm, no defects such as warping and cracking occur, the thickness is large, and the application range is wide.
