Embodiment 1

[0054] The method for preparing supercapacitor electrodes based on fir sheets in the present embodiment may further comprise the steps:

[0055] 1) Air-dry the natural Chinese fir wood until the moisture content is lower than 30%, and cut it into thin slices of 3mm×20mm×40mm to obtain fir chips. In this example, natural Chinese fir was purchased from Shaodong County, Hunan Province, China.

[0056] 2) Carbonization, place the fir chips in step 1) in a blast drying furnace at 250°C for pre-carbonization for 6 hours, then transfer the fir chips to a tube furnace at 1000°C, and carry out carbonization for 10 hours under the protection of argon Processed to obtain OWC flakes.

[0057] 3) Put the OWC sheet in the CO with 100 standard cubic centimeters per minute 2 In the gas, it was activated at a temperature of 750 degrees Celsius for 10 hours, and then the activated fir chips were polished into thin slices with a thickness of 0.8 mm. Polishing is done by sanding with 2000 mesh...

Abstract

A Chinese fir-based electrode material for supercapacitor is prepared from carbonized chip Chinese fir through activation treatment including CO2 activation, wherein the CO2 activation treatment comprises CO2 activation in CO2 flowing atmosphere at 650 DEG C-850 DEG C for 8-12 hours, the activated chips are polished to a thickness of 0.4-1.2 mm sheet. CO2, alkali and acid are sequentially activated to carbonize that cross-cut Chinese fir slices. Through a series of activation treatments, carbon wood chips have more micro-and nano-pores, and their specific surface area is increased to 613.2 m2g-1. By using these wafers as electrodes, symmetrical supercapacitors with excellent comprehensive performance, high specific capacitance and high energy density are fabricated.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to a capacitor, in particular to a supercapacitor electrode based on carbonized fir chips, a preparation method and a supercapacitor. Background technique [0002] Supercapacitors (SCs) have attracted extensive attention as a novel green energy storage device. A series of novel electrode materials for SCs have been developed, such as carbonaceous electrodes, metal oxides, and transition metal sulfides. Recent studies have shown that the microstructure of electrode materials has an important impact on the comprehensive performance of SCs. To obtain effective electrode materials, nanomaterials with various microscopic features, such as nanoflowers, nanorods, and core-shell structures, have been synthesized. Recent findings suggest that electrode materials with uniformly arranged microchannels are more suitable for energy storage devices. Structural materials can enable fast charge separation and transport and effectively improve ...
