Abstract

Each grinding slice comprises a skeleton and a semi-solidified grinding medium containing abrasive particles, wherein the skeleton is uniformly provided with a plurality of holes penetrating through the upper and lower surfaces of the skeleton, and the holes are filled with the semi-solidified grinding medium containing the abrasive particles; the hardness of the skeleton is higher than that of the semi-solidified grinding medium. The lower surfaces of the grinding slices are fixedly connected to the base disk. The upper surfaces of the grinding slices jointly form a grinding working surface. Flow channels are formed between the adjacent grinding slices.
