Abstract

The invention provides a motor energy saving key technology test platform comprising an AC voltage stabilized power supply connected with a 380V three-phase power supply and used for supplying power,a power measuring control cabinet, an active electric energy meter, a timer, a three-phase asynchronous motor, a coupling and torque and rotational speed sensor and a load blower which are connected in turn. The platform is also provided with a motor economizer and a data acquisition platform. The output side of the load blower is provided with a differential pressure transmitter. The signal inputend of the motor economizer is connected with the signal output end of the timer. The signal output end of the motor economizer is connected with the signal input end of the three-phase asynchronousmotor. The signal input end of the data acquisition platform is connected with the signal output end of the coupling and torque and rotational speed sensor, the temperature signal and magnetic induction intensity signal output end of the three-phase asynchronous motor and the signal output end of the differential pressure transmitter. The signal output end of the data acquisition platform is connected with the signal input end of the AC voltage stabilized power supply.
