The preparation method comprises performing bacteria liquid activation on lactobacillus acidophilus via an MRS medium, bacillus subtilis via a PDA medium, and saccharomyces cerevisiae and bacillus laterosporus via beef extract peptone; performing activation via a KJ medium, respectively, wherein the KJ medium comprises corn flour, soybean meal, wheat bran, brown sugar, fish meal, sea crystal, sodium chloride and zeolite powder; centrifuging the four nutrient solutions, performing mixing, and inoculating a KJ medium according to an inoculation amount for composite culture; inoculating a KJ medium with the obtained product, and allowing the obtained product to stand for culture to obtain a composite seed liquid; andinoculating a KJ medium with the composite seed liquid for fermentation cultivation to obtain the microecological preparation. The microecological preparation can improve the quality of water and inhibits growth of aerobes, such as harmful algae and ulva lactuca.
