The preparation method comprises the steps of carrying out reaction on erucic acid ethyl ester, acetic anhydride and a metal sodium sheet, and carrying out vacuum fractionation to obtain C22 enol; carrying out ring-opening reaction on C22 enol and propylene oxide to obtain C22 enol polyoxypropylene ether; and carrying out ethoxylation reaction on C22 enol polyoxypropylene ether and ethylene oxide to obtain the C22 enol polypropylene oxide- polyoxyethylene segmented copolymer.
