Abstract

The invention discloses an extraction and purification method for matrine and oxymatrine in Sophora flavescens. According to the method, ultrasonic extraction, organic solvent extraction and various separation techniques are applied scientifically and comprehensively, organic combined points of the conventional extraction and purification methods are summarized, ultrasonic primary extraction is performed with ethanol with reasonable concentration, then total alkali in the Sophora flavescens is extracted effectively by macroporous resin, and finally, the matrine and the oxymatrine are obtainedby column chromatographic separation. Particularly, the optimal separation effect is obtained by applying specific adsorbent as filler. The extraction process is fine, and the extraction rate and thepurity of the obtained matrine and oxymatrine are 91% or higher. The process is simple, industrialization is easy to realize, the product purity is high, strong guarantee is provided for antiviral, anti-inflammatory and antitumor application of the matrine and the oxymatrine, and the matrine and the oxymatrine have good market development prospect.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to the technical field of extraction and preparation of natural active substances in Chinese medicinal materials, and more particularly, the invention relates to a method for extracting and purifying matrine and oxymatrine in Sophora flavescens. Background technique [0002] Sophora flavescens is the dry root of the leguminous plant Sophors flavescens Ait. It is bitter in taste, cold in nature, and has the functions of clearing dampness and killing insects. It is clinically used to treat dysentery, yellow gallbladder and skin itching. In recent years, it has also been found to have pharmacological effects such as anti-tumor and whitening. [0003] Sophora flavescens mainly contains alkaloids such as matrine and oxymatrine. Among them, matrine is a natural active substance with significant health care effects on human health, which has attracted widespread attention from the international community. It has been proved by scientifi...
