Problems solved by technology

After degreasing, most of the oil (shrimp oil) in krill has been extracted, and the remaining oil remains in the shrimp dregs, which is difficult to extract using traditional shrimp oil extraction methods

Embodiment 1

[0029] Put 4 pieces of 150g Antarctic krill defatted dried shrimp dregs into 4 500ml agate ball mill jars of the ball mill, then add 23g of large agate balls, 83g of medium agate balls, and 45g of small agate balls in the jars. The rotation speed of the public adjustment is 350rpm, the self-rotation speed is 600rpm, and the ball milling time is 1.5h. Pour out the powder and sieve out the agate balls to get finely ground shrimp residue powder.

[0030] Take 10g of finely ground shrimp dregs powder, add 150ml of 95% ethanol to it, mix well and inject into a high-pressure homogenizer, at a working pressure of 100MPa, flow rate of 130ml / min, high-pressure homogenization for 45 minutes, pour out the feed liquid after homogenization .

[0031] The homogeneous feed liquid was filtered, and the filtrate was rotatively evaporated at 70° C. to remove the solvent to obtain 0.66 g of oil, with an oil yield of 6.6%.

Embodiment 2

[0033] Put 4 pieces of 150g Antarctic krill defatted dried shrimp dregs into 4 500ml agate ball mill jars of the ball mill, then add 23g of large agate balls, 83g of medium agate balls, and 45g of small agate balls in the jars. The rotating speed of the public adjustment is 300rpm, the self-rotating speed is 800rpm, and the ball milling time is 2h. Pour out the powder and sieve out the agate balls to get finely ground shrimp residue powder.

[0034] Take 10g of finely ground shrimp dregs powder, add 100ml 95% ethanol to it, mix well and pour it into a high-pressure homogenizer. At a working pressure of 120MPa, a flow rate of 120ml / min, high-pressure homogenization for 60 minutes, pour out the feed liquid after homogenization .

[0035] The homogeneous liquid was filtered, and the filtrate was rotatively evaporated at 68° C. to remove the solvent to obtain 0.64 g of oil, with an oil yield of 6.4%.

Embodiment 3

[0037] Put 4 pieces of 150g Antarctic krill defatted dried shrimp dregs into 4 500ml agate ball mill jars of the ball mill, then add 23g of large agate balls, 83g of medium agate balls, and 45g of small agate balls in the jars. The rotation speed of the public adjustment is 400rpm, the self-rotation speed is 400rpm, and the ball milling time is 1h. Pour out the powder and sieve out the agate balls to get finely ground shrimp residue powder.

[0038] Take 10g of finely ground shrimp dregs powder, add 200ml of 95% ethanol to it, mix well and inject into a high-pressure homogenizer, at a working pressure of 90MPa, a flow rate of 150ml / min, high-pressure homogenization for 30 minutes, pour out the feed liquid after homogenization .

[0039] The homogeneous liquid was filtered, and the solvent was removed by rotary evaporation at 72° C. to obtain 0.68 g of oil, with an oil yield of 6.8%.

Abstract

The invention discloses a method for preparing grease by taking the degreased dried ground euphausia superba as a raw material. The method comprises the following steps: 1) grinding the degreased dried euphausia superba residue to obtain euphausia superba residue powder; 2) adding 90-96% mass-concentration ethanol into the euphausiasuperba residue powder, mixing uniformly and injecting into a high-pressure homogenizer, and performing high-pressure homogenization for 30-60min at 90-120MPa; 3) filtering the homogenized liquid, and steaming out the ethanol to obtain grease. By further breaking the euphausiasuperba residue powder in the homogenized liquid, a diffusion path between the grease in the cells of the euphausia superba residue powder and the ethanol extraction agent is shortened; moreover, during the extraction using the 90-96% ethanol, most of the grease in the dried euphausia superba residue can be quickly dissolved, and the grease concentration in the cells is increased; through the joint effect, residual grease in the cells of the euphausia superba residue can be extracted more easily.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to a method for preparing oil by taking defatted dried Antarctic krill dregs as raw materials, and belongs to the fields of food, chemistry and medicine. Background technique [0002] Antarctic krill is a huge amount of biological resources living in the Antarctic Ocean (about 500-500000000 tons, different estimation methods are different). Antarctic krill is rich in oil, and the oil content varies with seasons, ages, genders, richness of food, environment and other factors. Oil is rich in unsaturated fatty acids (such as EPA, DHA, DPA, etc.), astaxanthin and its lipids, phospholipids, vitamin E and other nutrients. At present, Antarctic krill oil is a high value-added product widely sold in the world. In the past, Antarctic krill oil products were mainly produced in Canada, Japan, Norway, and the United States. After 2009, many manufacturers in my country have begun to produce Antarctic krill oil that meets international standa...
