Problems solved by technology

[0002] Ordinary cables mostly use rubber as the sheath. In order to ensure the stability of the cable, the sheath needs to be made thicker. The inside of the cable leads to accelerated aging of the sheath and the inside of the cable, which reduces the service life of the cable, so the sheath cannot be made too thick

Abstract

The invention relates to the field of cable materials, and concretely relates to an insulation self-heat-radiating rubber sheath for a cable, and a preparation method thereof. The insulation self-heat-radiating rubber sheath for the cable is prepared from the following concrete components: 20 to 25 parts of polyether-ether-ketone, 20 to 25 parts of polyethylene terephthalate, 15 to 20 parts of mica powder, 15 to 20 parts of graphite powder, 13 to 15 parts of glass powder, 10 to 12 parts of ceramic powder, 7 to 9 parts of alkyd resin, 6 to 8 parts of isopropyl biphenyl, 4 to 6 parts of ester oil, 3 to 5 parts of sodium cyanide, and 2 to 4 parts of foaming agent. The preparation method of the insulation self-heat-radiating rubber sheath for the cable comprises the following concrete steps of(1) melting; (2) adding ingredients; (3) foaming; (4) pressing wrapping. The insulation self-heat-radiating rubber sheath for the cable provided by the invention is high temperature resistant by adding mica, graphite, glass and ceramic for self-heat-radiating, and good in wear resistance by adding the ester oil and rubber materials for fully melting. Compared with a common rubber sheath, the insulation self-heat-radiating rubber sheath for the cable provided by the invention can be used for self-heat-radiating, so that the transmission loss brought by high temperature in the cable is reduced, and the service life of the cable sheath is prolonged.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to the field of cable materials, in particular to an insulating self-radiating rubber sheath for cables and a preparation method thereof. Background technique [0002] Ordinary cables mostly use rubber as the sheath. In order to ensure the stability of the cable, the sheath needs to be made thicker. The interior of the cable causes the aging of the sheath and the interior of the cable to accelerate, reducing the service life of the cable, so the sheath cannot be made too thick. Contents of the invention [0003] In order to solve the above problems, the present invention proposes an insulating self-heating rubber sheath for cables and a preparation method thereof. [0004] An insulating self-radiating rubber sheath for cables, the specific composition of which is as follows: [0005] 20-25 parts of polyether ether ketone, 20-25 parts of polyethylene terephthalate, 15-20 parts of mica powder, 15-20 parts of graphite powder, 13-...
