Problems solved by technology

This measurement method is relatively fast and convenient, but in the actual measurement process, the overall structure of the tension roller is complex, the volume is large, it will occupy a certain space during installation, it cannot be flexibly arranged, and various failures are prone to occur during the operation process; at the same time, this A tactile measurement method affects the dynamic behavior of flexible membrane surfaces
At present, some non-contact measurement methods have also been proposed, such as the use of devices such as tension observers, but this method has high requirements for operation, and at the same time needs to establish a complex mathematical model of the entire system, and the processing efficiency is low.

Abstract

The invention belongs to the field related with tension detection technologies, and discloses a method for measuring the tension of a flexible film based on frequency detection. The method comprises the steps of performing real-time detection on the out-of-plane vibration first-order frequency and the moving speed of the flexible film in the moving process by respectively using a laser displacement sensor, a speed measuring code disc and a photoelectric sensor; and acquiring a corresponding relationship between the out-of-plane vibration of the flexible film and the tension and the moving speed of the flexible film based on an optimized algorithm formula, and calculating a more accurate real-time tension value. The invention further discloses a corresponding measuring system. According tothe invention, non-contact measurement for the tension of the flexible film in roll-to-roll manufacturing can be realized, and no influence is imposed on surface dynamic behaviors of the film in the operating process. In addition, only a small number of components are used in the whole measurement process, and the existing layout of equipment is not required to be changed or adjusted. Compared with the prior art, the method realizes tension measurement with high precision for any position on a roll-to-roll production line more efficiently and more conveniently.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention belongs to the related field of tension detection technology, and more specifically relates to a flexible membrane tension measurement method based on frequency detection. Background technique [0002] Roll-to-roll manufacturing technology is widely used in the production and manufacturing of paper, flexible electronics, film lamination, and radio frequency identification tags, among which tension detection technology is a key factor to ensure product quality. When the tension is too high, the flexible membrane is easily deformed or even broken; when the tension is too small, the flexible membrane is prone to slack. Tension detection is an important prerequisite for implementing tension control. At present, the operating speed of equipment in roll-to-roll manufacturing is continuously increasing, and the thickness of flexible film materials is becoming thinner and thinner. More complex tension control strategies are required to ensure th...
