Abstract

The micromixer comprises a cruciform passage, a contraction passage and a plurality of mixing units, each mixing unit is formed by connecting a narrow slit straight passage, the stepped passage and the I-shaped baffle arranged in the stepped passage in sequence, the plurality of mixing units are connected in sequence between the contraction passage and the outlet of the straight passage and are gradually compressed after passing through the I-shaped baffles to promote mixing. Moreover, a jet impacts each of the I-shaped baffle to form a convection with an incoming flow, and collisions occur between the fluids to promote molecular diffusion. When the fluid passes through each of the I-shaped baffle, a separation vortex is easily formed on the back of theI-shaped baffle, which significantly improves the mixing effect of different liquids.
