Abstract

The invention provides a construction method for an applicability evaluation model of an immune state of T lymphocyte of hepatic diseases of hepatitis B. The method comprises the following steps of (1) detecting T cell activator factors and inhibitory / exhaustion molecules of peripheral blood of a patient through a flow cytometry in order to obtain levels of the T cell factors of each detection sample; (2) collecting population statistics, virology, liver function and liver hardness value data of each case and carrying out correlation analysis on clinical indexes and a T cell immunity evaluation index to find the clinical indexes having the close correlation; (3) utilizing the different clinical indexes to establish a plurality of scored ROC curve models, comparing areas under the ROC curve, flexibilities and specificities of different models and selecting the optimal ROC curve; and (4) obtaining different immuno-clinic score equations according to the optimal ROC curve in order to further optimize the optimal immuno-clinic score equation used for evaluating the overall immune state of the T cell.
