Problems solved by technology

[0002] The thickness of lightweight patches is usually less than 0.5mm, the braided hole diameter is more than 3mm, and the residual foreign matter is very small, resulting in weak echo signals, and the linear hyperechoic images in the imaging results are not obvious enough
[0003] Due to the overlapping of lightweight mesh and fascia in HHUS images, it is difficult to distinguish the lightweight mesh from its surrounding fascia

Abstract

The invention belongs to the technical field of image processing, and specifically relates to a lightweight incisional hernia patch three-dimensional ultrasonic image feature extraction method. The method comprises the steps of firstly extracting related textural feature parameters of regions to be classified in three-dimensional volume of interest (VOI) of an automated three-dimensional breast ultrasound (ABUS) image in automatic quantification manner by using textural feature extraction algorithm so as to be used for differentiating a patch and a fascia; then introducing three-dimensional textural parameters and three-dimensional location parameters to improve the robustness of a lightweight patch classification and recognition algorithm in allusion to a problem that two-dimensional textural parameters are sensitive to spatial transformation such as post-operation curling and contraction of an incisional hernia patch; and finally performing feature selection by using a distance-between-class algorithm and a sequential forward selection method. The method provided by the invention is good in feature selection effect, high in efficiency, capable of effectively improving the classification accuracy of lightweight incisional hernia patch three-dimensional ultrasonic images, and convenient for automatic classification and recognition.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention belongs to the technical field of image processing, and in particular relates to a method for extracting features of a lightweight three-dimensional ultrasonic image of an incisional hernia patch. Background technique [0002] The thickness of light-weight patches is usually less than 0.5mm, the braided hole diameter is more than 3mm, and the residual foreign matter is very small, resulting in weak echo signals, and the linear hyperechoic images in the imaging results are not obvious enough. At the same time, in abdominal wall herniorrhaphy, lightweight mesh can be placed in the front of the abdominal fascia (Onlay), between the muscles (Inlay), the space between the fascia and the peritoneum (Sublay), and the intraperitoneal wall of the abdominal cavity (IPOM). ) four positions related to the anatomical structure of the abdominal wall (such as figure 2 shown), while all implantation locations were relatively close to the fascial tissue....
