A test method for researching toxicity of Limnodrilus hoffmeisteri in sediment-water body particularly includes the steps of: (1) raising and training the Limnodrilus hoffmeisteri; (2) simulating a sediment-water body toxicity system; (3) performing an exposure test; (4) analyzing results.
