Abstract

The invention relates to a supermolecule composite nanofiltration membrane and preparation method and application thereof. The nanofiltration membrane mainly comprises a base layer and a modification layer on the base layer, wherein cucurbituril is distributed in the modifying layer. The preparation method comprises the following steps: preparing a base membrane solution; mechanically stirring until the base membrane is completely dissolved; standing to remove bubbles; scrapping on a nonwoven fabric to form a flat membrane; preparing aqueous solution of a first monomer and an organic solution of a second monomer; adding supermolecule to the first monomer aqueous solution, and stirring to dissolve; performing interfacial polymerization on the base membrane surface; and transferring the prepared membrane in deionized water to store for later use. The preparation method has the characteristics that the supermolecule is used as an interfacial polymerization, the preparation processes are simple; the prepared supermolecule composite nanofiltration membrane is high in flux and high in rejection rate.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to a supramolecular composite nanofiltration membrane, a preparation method and application thereof, and belongs to the technical field of polymer membranes. Background technique [0002] Nanofiltration (NF) is a new type of membrane separation technology between reverse osmosis and ultrafiltration developed in the late 1980s. It was called "low pressure reverse osmosis" or "loose reverse osmosis" in the early days. Nanofiltration technology is a new type of pressure-driven membrane process developed to meet the needs of industrial softened water and reduce costs. The molecular weight cut-off of the nanofiltration membrane is between 200-1000. The membrane pore size is about 1nm, which is suitable for separating dissolved components with a size of about 1nm, so it is called "nanofiltration". Due to the special pore size range of the nanofiltration membrane and the special treatment (composite, charged) during preparation, it h...
