Abstract

The invention provides a preparation method of highly dispersed superfine powder particles. The powder particles consist of an active ingredient and an additive. The preparation method comprises the following steps: (1) acquiring the superfine powder particles containing the active ingredient; (2) processing the additive: adding the additive to an alternative solvent, and completely dissolving the additive so as to obtain an additive solution; (3) preparing a dispersion suspension: adding the superfine powder particles containing the active ingredient to the additive solution, uniformly dispersing the solution by virtue of a dispersing machine and (or) an emulsifying machine, so that the dispersion suspension is obtained; (4) collecting a sample: processing the dispersion suspension by virtue of a drying method so as to obtain dry powder; and (5) obtaining the final superfine powder particles. The preparation method provided by the invention can complete surface treatment merely by virtue of a conventional dispersing technology as well as common vacuum drying, rotary evaporation, spray-drying and freeze-drying technologies, and the preparation method is simple in process.
