Abstract

According to the preparation method, by adding ethanolamine, the nonionic surfactant and 2,2'-diethylamino dithio dihydrochloride into the reagent R2, dithiothreitol (DTT) in the reagent R2 of the kit can not be easily oxidized and is long in half-life period, therefore, the detection kit for the ischemia modified albumin is high in stability, good in sample correlation and high in anti-jamming capability.
