Embodiment 1

[0029] An erosion-resistant brick for a ladle and a use method thereof. Its technical scheme is: use 41~44wt% of modified corundum particles, 32~35wt% of corundum fine powder and 21~25wt% of aluminum-magnesium spinel fine powder as raw materials, stir and mix; add the raw materials 3~ 4wt% phenol-phenolic resin, mixed and milled, machine-pressed and molded, kept at 150-200°C for 20-24 hours to prepare corrosion-resistant bricks for ladles.

[0030] The preparation method of the modified corundum particles is as follows: the mass ratio of micron-sized magnetic particles: dispersant: absolute ethanol is 1: (1.0~1.4): (1.0~1.4); put the micron-sized magnetic particles and dispersant Disperse in absolute ethanol to obtain a magnetic particle dispersion; then according to the mass ratio of corundum particles: magnetic particle dispersion is 1: (1.0~1.6), immerse the corundum particles in the magnetic particle dispersion for 1~3h, take out the impregnated The final corundum particl...

Embodiment 2

[0036] An erosion-resistant brick for a ladle and a use method thereof. This embodiment is the same as Embodiment 1 except that the micron-sized magnetic particles are a mixture of magnetite fine powder, nickel ferrite fine powder and iron-cobalt-nickel alloy fine powder.

Embodiment 3

[0038]An erosion-resistant brick for a ladle and a use method thereof. Its technical scheme is: use 43~47wt% of modified corundum particles, 31~34wt% of corundum fine powder and 21~25wt% of aluminum magnesium spinel fine powder as raw materials, stir and mix; add the raw materials 3~ 4wt% phenol-phenolic resin, mixed and milled, machine-pressed and molded, kept at 150-200°C for 20-24 hours to prepare corrosion-resistant bricks for ladles.

[0039] The preparation method of the modified corundum particles is as follows: the mass ratio of micron-sized magnetic particles: dispersant: absolute ethanol is 1: (1.2~1.6): (1.2~1.6); put the micron-sized magnetic particles and dispersant Disperse in absolute ethanol to obtain a magnetic particle dispersion; then according to the mass ratio of corundum particles: magnetic particle dispersion is 1: (1.2~1.8), immerse the corundum particles in the magnetic particle dispersion for 1~3h, take out the impregnated The final corundum particle...

Abstract

The invention relates to an erosion-resistant brick for a steel ladle and a use method thereof. According to the technical scheme, the erosion-resistant brick is prepared by uniformly mixing raw materials, namely, 41-62wt% of modified corundum granules, 25-35wt% of corundum fine powder and 10-25wt% of alumina-magnesia spinel fine powder, adding another raw material, namely, 3-5wt% of phenolic resin, mixing and grinding, molding, and by keeping the temperature for 20-24 hours at 150-200 DEG C to obtain the erosion-resistant brick for the steel ladle. A preparation method of the modified corundum granules comprises the following steps: dispersing micron-order magnetic particles and a dispersing agent into absolute ethyl alcohol in a mass ratio of 1:(1-2):(1-2), so as to obtain a magnetic particle dispersed liquid; and soaking corundum granules into the magnetic particle dispersed liquid in a mass ratio of 1:(1-3) for 1-3 hours, and baking for 12-24 hours at 80-200 DEG C to obtain the surface modified corundum granules. The erosion-resistant brick has the characteristics of being good in molten steel cleanliness, good in slag resistance, good in erosion resistance and long in service life.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention belongs to the technical field of refractory materials. It specifically relates to an erosion-resistant brick for a ladle and a use method thereof. Background technique [0002] Refractory material is the basic material of high temperature technology, and it has a very close relationship with the development of high temperature technology, especially with the development of iron and steel industry. In the field of metallurgical industry, refractory materials not only take on the role of containers, but also participate in the physical and chemical reactions of the smelting process, which has an important impact on the quality of steel. About 50~60% of the refractory damage in furnace lining bricks in the metallurgical industry is caused by various slag erosion, such as various steelmaking furnace linings, ladle working linings, etc. Therefore, refractory materials in contact with slag are affected by the erosion and penetration of slag....
