The invention discloses green and environment-friendly antibacterial paint which is prepared from the following components: butyl acrylate, polyethylene glycol, methyl methacrylate, a composite emulsifier, nano aluminum oxide, modified methacrylic acid, sodium aluminosilicate, hemp fibers, dimethyl phthalate, modified polyvinyl alcohol, an active diluting agent, a de-foaming agent and de-ionized water. The paint disclosed by the invention is green and has no pollution; the hardness of common aqueous acrylate paint can be reduced; the solvent-resisting performance is improved, and the thermal bonding and cold brittleness is reduced; the paint has high surface strength, good corrosion resistance, excellent anti-pollution performance, good adhesion and lubricating performance, high rigidity, high curing speed, low cost, good attaching performance and excellent solvent-resisting performance; and the performances are mainly obtained through a reasonable formula and an accurate preparation process in the invention. Under the same utilization condition, the service life of a coating formed by the paint is 72% longer than that of a coating formed by the common aqueous acrylate paint.
