In terms of mass fraction, the polysaccharide content is 38-41%, the protein content is 62-59%, polysaccharide proteins contain 6 monosaccharides of MaN, G1cUA, GaIUA, G1cN,G1c and Ga1, and the molecular weights of the proteins are 28KD.
