Abstract

The cigarette end comprises a filter tip and cigarette tobacco residues; the bactericide is one or more of carbendazim, propamocarb, isoprothiolane, triadimenol and triadimefon; the method comprises the following steps of: selecting a cigarette sample, and collecting the filter tip of the combusted cigarette; separating the filter tip from the cigarette tobaccos in the cigarette end, and respectively performing extraction on the filter tip and the cigarette tobaccos; respectively adding anhydrous magnesium sulfate, sodium chloride, sodium citrate and sodium dihydrogen citrate in sequence into a first spiral cap centrifugal pipe and a second spiral cap centrifugal pipe which are frozen under vortex oscillation; centrifugalizing after tertiary vortex oscillation is finished, and performing cryopreservation after centrifugalizing; purifying the materials through N-primary secondary amine; and finally performing analysis measurement with LC-MS / MS.
