The oxygen negative ion membrane material mainly comprises a support material, negative ion powder and bonding resin, wherein the support material adopts non-woven fabric, kraft paper for dipping or decorative paper, the negative ion powder is prepared from tourmaline powder and biomass carbon powder which have similar fineness through mechanical mixing, and the bonding resin adopts melamine-formaldehyde resin or melamine-urea-formaldehyde resin suitable for dipping. The oxygen negative ion membrane material and the preparation method thereof have the advantages as follows: (1) the non-woven fabric, the kraft paper for dipping or the decorative paper is used as the support material, and the material is environment-friendly, low in cost and high in adsorption performance; (2) a polyethylene glycol solution or a polyacrylamide solution is used as a medium for dissolution of the negative ion powder in the bonding resin, so that the negative ion powder and the bonding resin are evenly mixed; (3) the support material is soaked in the bonding resin containing the negative ion powder, the oxygen negative ion membrane material containing the negative ion powder is obtained with secondary infiltration and drying methods, and the content of negative ions in the membrane material is increased.
