Embodiment 1

[0027] Heat the reactor to 100°C, and add 10 parts of diluent mineral oil. Raise the temperature, and when the temperature reaches 150°C, add 10100.1 parts of antioxidant and 10.2 parts of UV absorber UV-5310.2 parts, stir evenly, continue to add 10 parts of rosin resin, 30 parts of terpene resin, and 20 parts of petroleum resin, and continue stirring. Raise the temperature again to 190°C, add 15 parts each of thermoplastic rubber 4114 and 3206, stir evenly, continue stirring at 180°C for 30 minutes, cool down to 160°C and discharge.

Embodiment 2

[0029] Heat the reactor to 100°C, and add 10 parts of diluent mineral oil. Raise the temperature, and when the temperature reaches 150°C, add 10100.1 parts of antioxidant and 10.2 parts of UV absorber UV-5310. Mix 10 parts of carbon black H20 evenly. Raise the temperature again to 190°C, add 15 parts each of thermoplastic rubber 4114 and 3206, stir evenly, continue stirring at 180°C for 30 minutes, cool down to 160°C and discharge.

Embodiment 3

[0031] Heat the reactor to 100°C, and add 10 parts of diluent mineral oil. Raise the temperature, and when the temperature reaches 150°C, add 10100.1 parts of antioxidant and 10.2 parts of UV absorber UV-5310.2 parts, stir evenly, continue to add 10 parts of rosin resin, 30 parts of terpene resin, 20 parts of petroleum resin, and 10 parts of chlorinated paraffin. Stir continuously. Raise the temperature again to 190°C, add 15 parts each of thermoplastic rubber 4114 and 3206, stir evenly, continue stirring at 180°C for 30 minutes, cool down to 160°C and discharge.

Abstract

The invention provides an environmental-protection hot melt adhesive for interior and exterior decoration of an automobile. The environmental-protection hot melt adhesive is characterized by comprising the following components, by weight: 10-60 parts of thermoplastic rubber, 10-50 parts of a tackifying resin, 0-20 parts of a powder filler, 0-20 parts of a diluent, 0-20 parts of a plasticizer, 0.01-3 parts of an anti-oxidant, and 0.01-3 parts of a UV absorbent. The hot melt adhesive is relatively high in adhesive strength and elongation at break. The hot melt adhesive is convenient to store, simply to apply, and good in aging resistance and UV resistance. The hot melt adhesive is healthy and of environmental protection, and is an adhesive with excellent overall performance for an automobile. The invention further provides a preparation method of the environmental-protection hot melt adhesive for interior and exterior decoration of an automobile.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to the field of chemical industry, in particular to an environment-friendly hot-melt adhesive for interior and exterior decoration of automobiles. The invention also provides a preparation method of the environment-friendly hot-melt adhesive for interior and exterior decoration of automobiles. Background technique [0002] The environmentally friendly hot melt adhesives used for interior and exterior decoration of automobiles are basically organosilicon compounds, epoxy and PUR. Organosilicon is blended with hydrophobically treated silica or other fillers using dimethyl siloxane, treated with a coupling agent and high temperature, and then added with a crosslinking agent and catalyst. After moisture, the cross-linking agent is hydrolyzed, and then undergoes a cross-linking reaction with the system, curing to form an elastomer. PUR is free isocyanate, which reacts with moisture in the air to cross-link and solidify, or latent isoc...
