[0018] Embodiment 1: Three-layer die head, taking 20 micron low-temperature heat-sealing film as an example

[0019] Low-temperature heat-sealing layer A: 40% polyester aluminized, 47% polypropylene resin, 3% VM3980 thermoplastic elastomer;

[0020] Core layer B: 97% polypropylene, 1% antistatic smooth masterbatch;

[0021] Print layer C: 96% polypropylene, 2% anti-blocking agent.

[0022] The thickness distribution of each layer: the low-temperature heat-sealing layer A is 3 microns, the core layer B is 15 microns, and the printing layer C is 2 microns.

[0023] The above raw materials are mixed, melted and extruded, cast, stretched longitudinally, stretched transversely, drawn and trimmed, rolled, and then cut into finished products. The extrusion temperature during extrusion is 190-260°C, and the die head temperature is 248°C, the temperature of the quenching roll and the water tank during the casting process is 32°C; the longitudinal preheating temperature is 116-142°C, ...

Abstract

The invention discloses a low-temperature heat-sealing package film and a preparation method thereof. The heat-sealing package film includes an A layer, a B layer and a C layer, wherein the A layer is a low-temperature heat-sealing layer, the B layer is a core layer and the C layer is a printing layer. The A layer includes 40-45% of a polyester aluminum-plated film, 47-50% of polypropylene resin and 3-5% of a VM3980 thermoplastic elastomer; the B layer includes 97-99% of polypropylene and 1-3% of an anti-static smooth master batch; and the C layer includes 96-98% of polypropylene and 2-4% of an anti-adhesion agent. The preparation method includes the following steps: material blending, melt extrusion, sheet casting, longitudinal stretch, transversal stretch, drawing and trimming, rolling-up, cutting and production of the finish product. The package film reduces solvent pollution due to thin film printing and pre-coating treatment, is reduced in processing cost, and is reduced in cost and is environment-friendly. The method reduces the initial heat-sealing temperature of the heat-sealing package film and increases sealing strength of the package film product.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to a film and a preparation method thereof, in particular to a low-temperature heat-sealing packaging film and a preparation method thereof. Background technique [0002] With the increasing awareness of environmental protection in the domestic printing industry, it is imperative to develop and apply "green" materials and processes that are pollution-free and pollution-free. Heat-sealing bags are widely used in daily chemical product packaging, food and drug packaging and other fields. Since the heat seal of the packaging bag is most likely to leak when the product is filled, and the damage of the packaging bag also occurs in the heat-sealed part during actual use, a good heat-sealing film can effectively improve the overall barrier performance of the packaging film. At present, the domestic packaging film sealing technology generally adopts the glue sealing method, which has the following disadvantages: 1. Increase the user's pr...
