In the whole pulping process, power consumption is 10% lower than the power consumption for chemical pulps, water consumption is more than 70% higher than that for chemical pumps, boiling time is shorter, fuel consumption is decreased by 10% to 20%, the pulping rate is up to greater than 80%, and the production cost is lowered.
