Embodiment Construction

[0023] The present invention will be further described in detail below in conjunction with the accompanying drawings and embodiments.

[0024] A kind of method utilizing subcritical water to extract dendrobium polysaccharide that the present invention proposes specifically comprises the following steps:

[0025] (1) Crush the dendrobium and pass through a 20-80 mesh sieve to obtain the dendrobium powder.

[0026] (2) Soak the dendrobium powder obtained in step (1) with 80%-95% ethanol, and reflux and degrease at 70-90°C for 30-60 minutes to obtain a mixed solution A.

[0027] (3) Put the mixture A into the centrifuge tube of the centrifuge, centrifuge at a speed of 3000-5000r / min for 5-15min, then remove the centrifuge tube to obtain supernatant A and sediment A.

[0028] (4) Dry the residue A in a 70-105° C. electric constant-temperature blast drying oven for 5-10 hours to obtain defatted dendrobium powder.

[0029] (5) Put the defatted dendrobium powder obtained in step (4...

Abstract

The invention discloses a method for extracting dendrobium polysaccharides through subcritical water and belongs to the field of extraction of natural active ingredients. The method comprises the following steps: smashing, degreasing and drying dendrobe raw materials, then placing the processed materials in a subcritical water extracting device, extracting for 1-3 times and for 5-30 min under the conditions that the temperature is 100-160 DEG C, the pressure 0.5-2.0 MPa, and the liquid-solid ratio of subcritical water to dendrobe powder is 15-45 mL / g; collecting an extracting solution, adding absolute ethyl alcohol, performing standing, and performing centrifugal separation to obtain precipitate which is a crude product; washing with absolute ethyl alcohol, acetone and ethyl ether to obtain the dendrobium polysaccharides. According to the invention, the advanced subcritical water extracting technology is adopted to extract the dendrobium polysaccharides, the extracting time is short, the extracting efficiency is high, and the obtained dendrobium polysaccharides has remarkable antioxidant activity. The method is environment-friendly and free of pollution, has low requirements to equipment, and facilitates industrial production.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to a method for extracting dendrobium polysaccharides by using subcritical water, and belongs to the field of extraction of natural active ingredients. Background technique [0002] Dendrobium is a plant of the genus Dendrobium in the family Orchidaceae. More than 30 of the 76 species of Dendrobium in my country are used for medicinal purposes. The 2005 edition of the Chinese Pharmacopoeia contains three commonly used varieties of Dendrobium nobile, Dendrobium candidum and Dendrobium versicolor. In "Shen Nong's Materia Medica", Dendrobium is listed as the top grade, which has the functions of nourishing yin and clearing heat, promoting body fluid and benefiting stomach, moistening lung and relieving cough, improving eyesight and strengthening body. The chemical composition analysis shows that the polysaccharide content in Dendrobium is between 3% and 30%, which is the main active ingredient in Dendrobium (Zhu Hua, Huang Xuecui, Ya...
