Abstract

The invention discloses a method for producing a fire-fighting sprinkler head frame through the semi-solid forming of brasses. The method comprises the following steps: (1) selecting a brass raw material; (2) adding the raw material into a smelting furnace to heat, so that liquid slurry is obtained; (3) carrying out heat-retaining storage on the obtained liquid slurry, and controlling part of the slurry to convey; (4) after the slurry is conveyed to a casting preparation chamber, carrying out semi-solid temperature control on the slurry and controlling the one-time casting amount of the slurry; (5) carrying out stress relieving treatment, and carrying out casting forming on semi-solid brasses in a mold for producing fire-fighting sprinkler head frames; (6) cooling a formed part; and (7) carrying out finish machining on the formed part so as to obtain a finished product.
