Embodiment 1

[0036] Fully immerse 0.12g cellulose airgel in 20ml 10mmol / L methanol solution of 2-methylimidazole, after 5min, add 20ml 10mmol / L methanol solution of zinc nitrate hexahydrate into the beaker, let the reaction system stand for 30min , Pour off the reaction solution, add 40ml of methanol and let stand for 5min to wash the airgel. Repeat the reaction and washing steps for the aerogel again to obtain the aerogel that has been reacted twice, pour off the washed methanol, add 40ml of tert-butanol, seal the beaker with a parafilm, and place the beaker in an oven at 60°C 12h. The exchanged ZIF-8 airgel was taken out, put into the refrigerator for 2 hours, and then the ZIF-8 airgel was freeze-dried for 12 hours to obtain the final product.

Embodiment 2

[0039] Fully immerse 0.06g of cellulose airgel in 10ml of 10mmol / L methanol solution of 2-methylimidazole. After 5 minutes, add 10ml of 10mmol / L methanol solution of zinc nitrate hexahydrate into the beaker, and let the reaction system stand for 30 minutes. Pour off the reaction solution, add 20ml of methanol and let stand for 5min to wash the airgel. Repeat the reaction and washing steps twice for the aerogel to obtain the aerogel that has been reacted three times. Pour off the washed methanol, add 20ml of tert-butanol, seal the beaker with a parafilm, and place the beaker in a 60°C oven. Set 12h. The exchanged ZIF-8 airgel was taken out, put into the refrigerator for 2 hours, and then the ZIF-8 airgel was freeze-dried for 12 hours to obtain the final product.

Embodiment 3

[0042] Fully immerse 0.06g of cellulose airgel in 10ml of 10mmol / L methanol solution of 2-methylimidazole, after 5 minutes, add 10ml of 10mmol / L methanol solution of zinc nitrate hexahydrate into the beaker, let the reaction system stand for 40 minutes, pour To remove the reaction solution, add 20ml of methanol and let stand for 5min to wash the airgel. Repeat the reaction and washing steps twice for the aerogel to obtain the aerogel that has been reacted three times. Pour off the washed methanol, add 20ml of tert-butanol, seal the beaker with a parafilm, and place the beaker in a 60°C oven. Set 24h. The exchanged ZIF-8 airgel was taken out, put into the refrigerator for 2 hours, and then the ZIF-8 airgel was freeze-dried for 8 hours to obtain the final product.

Abstract

The invention discloses a method for synthesizing a ZIF-8 aerogel on the basis of a cellulose hard template. The method is based on a cellulose hard template and comprises the following steps: reacting 2-methylimidazole and zinc nitrate to form ZIF-8 carried on the cellulose surface, carrying out solvent washing and repeated carrying so that the ZIF-8 crystal grains uniformly grow on the cellulose surface, and finally, carrying out exchange, freeze-drying and the like to keep the aerogel structure. The ZIF-8 aerogel has larger specific area, and has certain promoting actions on researching application of metal organic frame materials in the field of gas storage. The method has the advantages of simple technique and favorable repetitiveness, uses cheap and accessible industrial raw materials, conforms to the requirements for environmental protection, and can implement mass production.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to the technical field of synthesis of metal-organic framework materials, in particular to a method for synthesizing ZIF-8 airgel based on a cellulose hard template. Background technique [0002] MOFs have the advantages of large specific surface area, structural diversity, adjustable pore size, and modifiable framework, and have been widely used in gas storage, heterogeneous catalysis, separation, sensing, drug delivery, and biomedical imaging. The zeolite imidazolate framework material is a MOFs material with a zeolite framework structure produced by the reaction of divalent Zn, Co and other metal salts with imidazole or imidazole derivative ligands in an organic solvent. The bond length of the M-Im-M unit in the ZIFs material is longer than that of the Si-O-Si or Si-O-Al unit in the traditional zeolite molecular sieve, and the cage in its skeleton structure is generally longer than that of the corresponding zeolite molecular si...
