Problems solved by technology

First of all, because the coating has some holes and defects inside the coating, it cannot prevent the immersion of small molecule corrosive media, and cannot completely prevent corrosion, which in turn affects the physical shielding performance of the coating.
Secondly, the traditional water-based anti-corrosion coatings still have many deficiencies in the resistance to seawater chemical corrosion and electrochemical corrosion, which will greatly reduce the service life and safety of submarine steel pipes.

The water-based epoxy coating consists of the following raw materials in percentage by mass: 30-40% of a film forming matter, 20-30% of pigment-filler, 5-15% of auxiliary agents and 20-40% of a solvent, wherein the film forming matter consists of 16-24% of waterborne novolac epoxy resin and 14-16% of waterborne polyurethane in percentage by mass; the pigment-filler comprises aluminum-zinc multi-component alloy powder; and the solvent is deionized water. The aluminum-zinc multi-component alloy-containing water-based epoxy coating disclosed by the invention has excellent corrosion resistance integrating isolation, sacrificing and corrosion inhibition.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to the technical field of coatings, in particular to epoxy coatings for anticorrosion treatment of submarine oil and gas pipelines. Background technique [0002] With the continuous exploitation of oil and natural gas, onshore oil and gas resources can no longer fully meet the needs of human beings, while there are abundant oil and gas resources stored in the ocean. The competition for offshore oil and gas resources has become the focus of attention of all countries in today's society. Submarine pipeline transportation is currently the most effective and safest way to exploit offshore oil and gas resources. However, there is a big gap between domestic submarine oil and gas pipelines and foreign products in terms of corrosion resistance and service life. Therefore, it is very important to develop anticorrosion coatings for oil and gas pipelines that are resistant to harsh marine environments. [0003] Most of the paints are now s...
