Abstract

The invention discloses parasite expelling oil emulsion for veterinary use and a preparation method thereof, relating to a parasite expelling medicine for veterinary use and a preparation method thereof and solving the technical problems of poor stability and single function of the traditional abamectin product. The parasite expelling oil emulsion for veterinary use is composed of abamectin, febantel, piperazine citrate, vegetable oil, an emulsifier, a surfactant, 2,6-di-tert-butyl-4-methyl phenol, chlorobutanol and water. The preparation method comprises the following steps: adding the emulsifier, the febantel and the abamectin into warm vegetable oil at first, then adding the 2,6-di-tert-butyl-4-methyl phenol and the chlorobutanol, and stirring to obtain a solution A; adding the piperazine citrate into water, heating and adding the surfactant, and stirring to obtain a solution B; and cooling the solutions A and B, and mixing the solutions A and B to obtain the parasite expelling oil emulsion for veterinary use. The parasite expelling oil emulsion for veterinary use is good in stability, can be used to kill gastrointestinal nematodes, lung nematodes as well as ectoparasites and hemoflagellate protozoa of livestock, poultry or pets.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to a veterinary anthelmintic and a preparation method thereof. Background technique [0002] With the development of animal husbandry, pigs, cattle, sheep, chickens and other animals are intensively raised. Under such intensive feeding conditions, parasitic diseases are more likely to develop and spread. Therefore, it is particularly important to drive out parasites inside and outside animals and promote healthy growth of animals. There are many varieties of veterinary anthelmintics on the market now. [0003] Abamectin has a good repelling and killing effect on animal internal and external parasites, especially arthropods and internal nematodes. It is mainly used to drive away gastrointestinal nematodes, lung nematodes and ectoparasites of cattle, sheep and other animals. At present, the dosage forms of Abamectin injection, Abamectin solution and other products include powder, tablet, premix, oral liquid and injection, etc., a...
