Problems solved by technology

However, after investigating various methods, we found a commonality. After these carbon dots are prepared, a surface passivation process is required. The quantum yield of carbon dots without this step of passivation is very low (1 %about)
However, the reagents used for passivation of carbon dots are often polymer-based, and it is more difficult for the carbon dots passivated by polymers to be modified in the next step to make them functional.
This will limit its broad application prospects
And partly limit the mass production of carbon quantum dots

Abstract

The invention discloses a method for preparing a large number of carbon quantum dot biology imaging agents and carbon quantum dot biology imaging agents. The method provided by the invention comprises the followings: glycerol with the mass ratio of 1 to 99 percent and a silane coupling agent with the mass ratio of 99 percent to 1 percent are mixed for serving as a presoma, and under inert gas protection, full reaction is performed at the temperature of 160 DEG C to 270 DEG C so as to obtain the carbon quantum dot biology imaging agent. The method provided by the invention has the advantages that the yield of the carbon quantum dot biology imaging agent prepared is high, and under different excitation wavelengths, different colors of fluorescent light can be stimulated; during the preparing process, processes of product surface passivation, surface decoration and the like can be accomplished in one step; a thin-film device can be prepared; the carbon quantum dot biology imaging agent is low in cytotoxicity, can be dissolved in water or an organic solvent easily, and can be used in the fields of cell imaging, or living imaging and the like; the imaging agent has the advantages of photobleaching resistance and the like.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to a preparation method of a biological imaging agent and the imaging agent prepared by the method, in particular to a preparation method of a carbon quantum dot biological imaging agent and the carbon quantum dot biological imaging agent. Background technique [0002] Fluorescent materials are widely used in biological imaging and other fields. Such materials generally include: fluorescent dyes, quantum dots, and noble metal nanoclusters. However, the current fluorescent materials still have various limitations in the application of biological imaging. For example, fluorescent dyes were first used in imaging and other fields, but they faced problems such as photobleaching and photodegradation. The birth of various quantum dots seems to have solved this problem. However, many quantum dots are difficult to be widely used in the field of biological imaging due to the complicated synthesis steps and the preparation products are hig...
