Embodiment 1

[0017] (1) Take 5g of ascidian cellulose and mix with 175ml of 64% concentrated sulfuric acid, and heat it for 10h in an oil bath with magnetic stirring at 45℃.

[0018] (2) Add 800ml of deionized water to terminate the reaction, centrifuge with a centrifuge at a speed of 12000 rpm, remove the supernatant, wash with deionized water and then centrifuge, repeat the operation three times.

[0019] (3) Put the centrifugal sediment into a dialysis bag and dialyze with deionized water until the external solution becomes neutral.

[0020] (4) Ultrasound the nanocellulose suspension with an ultrasonic cell pulverizer, the ultrasonic power is 25KHz, the ultrasonic power is 600W, the ultrasonic time is 8min, and the ultrasonic horn diameter is 6mm.

[0021] (5) Take 50ml of the suspension after ultrasonic treatment and 0.1ml of aniline monomer, stir and mix well, add dropwise 50ml of mixed solution of oxidant ammonium persulfate (APS) and doped hydrochloric acid, under ice bath conditions, magne...

Embodiment 2

[0024] The ratio of cellulose to concentrated sulfuric acid described in step (1) ranges from 1g:1ml to 1g:200ml, which is the same as the step in Example 1.

Embodiment 3

[0026] The acid hydrolysis temperature in step (1) is 0-80°C, and the other steps are the same as in Example 1.

Abstract

The invention discloses a preparation method for polyaniline-coated sea squirt nano-cellulose conductive paper through in situ polymerization. The method comprises the following steps: subjecting extracted sea squirt cellulose to acid hydrolysis so as to prepare a sea squirt nano-cellulose suspension; then fully mixing an aniline monomer with the suspension, adding an oxidizing agent and an acid-doped mixed liquor and carrying out in situ polymerization so as to prepare a polyaniline-coated sea squirt nano-cellulose suspension; and subjecting the polyaniline-coated sea squirt nano-cellulose suspension to drying and film formation so as to obtain the sea squirt nano-cellulose conductive paper. The sea squirt nano-cellulose conductive paper prepared by using the method has the characteristics high conductivity, low cost, a simple synthetic method, low toxicity, etc.

Description

Technical field [0001] The invention belongs to the field of preparation of conductive polymer composite materials and biological materials, and specifically relates to a preparation technology of polyaniline-coated ascidian nano-cellulose composite materials. Background technique [0002] As a new type of environmentally friendly natural polymer material, ascidian cellulose has unique properties such as high crystallinity, high mechanical strength and biocompatibility. With people's attention to environmental and resource issues, this excellent material has gradually become a research focus. In 2010, Pu Guangzhe’s research group [Methods for extracting microcrystalline cellulose from ascidians and preparing lyotropic cholesteric liquid crystals, China, invention patent, ZL201010217969.6, 2012.3.14] took the lead in carrying out related work in China, using sulfuric acid hydrolysis Methods The nano-cellulose cholesteric liquid crystal of ascidian was prepared, and the utilizatio...
