Embodiment 1

[0037] 1) The preparation process of graphene

[0038] a) Put 2g graphite powder into a 250mL beaker, add 1g NaNO 3 and 46mL 98%H2SO4, and stirred thoroughly in an ice-water bath.

[0039] b) Add 6 g of potassium permanganate to the above solution, keep the temperature of the whole system at 20° C. and stir for 5 minutes. Then remove the ice-water bath, heat to 35°C, and stir for 30 minutes.

[0040] c) Add 92mL of secondary water, heat to boiling (98°C) and stir for 15 minutes, then add 80mL of 3% hydrogen peroxide (the solution should be close to brown at this time, indicating that the graphite is oxidized).

[0041] d) Centrifuge the above solution at 7200 rpm for 30 minutes.

[0042] e) Wash the centrifuged powder with secondary water until the pH of the supernatant suspension is about 7.

[0043] f) Disperse the powder obtained from the above cleaning in water again and sonicate for 30 minutes (ultrasonic exfoliation).

[0044] g) After the black residue is vacuum fi...

Abstract

The invention discloses a preparation method and a use of a functional graphene-loaded palladium nanoparticle composite material. The preparation method comprises the following steps of carrying out ultrasonic dispersion of graphene in water to obtain a graphene suspension liquid, adding a pyrenetetrasulfonic acid sodium salt aqueous solution into the graphene suspension liquid, carrying out heating stirring for 8-15h, carrying out centrifugal filtration to obtain functional graphene, dispersing the functional graphene in water to obtain a functional graphene suspension liquid, adding a palladium chloride solution into the functional graphene suspension liquid, adding a sodium borohydride solution into the mixed solution, carrying out heating stirring for 8-15h, and carrying out centrifugal filtration to obtain the functional graphene-loaded palladium nanoparticle composite material. Through functionalization of graphene by the pyrenetetrasulfonic acid sodium salt, dispersibility and stability of graphene and palladium nanoparticles are improved. A glassy carbon electrode modified by the functional graphene-loaded palladium nanoparticle composite material has a good nitroaromatic compound catalysis performance, a low nitroaromatic compound detection limit, a wide nitroaromatic compound detection linear range, high nitrobenzene detection sensitivity, a nitrobenzene detection linear range of 170-8ppb, and a nitrobenzene detection limit of 0.62ppb.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention belongs to the field of graphene composite materials, and in particular relates to a preparation method and application of functionalized graphene-supported palladium nanoparticle composite materials. Background technique [0002] The theoretical research on graphene can be traced back to 1947, but it really existed independently in the form of two-dimensional graphene crystals in 2004, when two Russian scientists, Andre K. Konstantin Novoselev et al. peeled off graphite flakes from highly oriented pyrolytic graphite, and then stuck the two sides of the flakes on a special adhesive tape. The graphite sheet can be divided into two by tearing off the tape. Continuously repeating the operation, these graphite flakes will become thinner and thinner. Finally, they obtained graphite flakes composed of only one layer of carbon atoms, which is graphene, which is called Graphene in English. Graphene is a new carbonaceous material with a single-l...
