Abstract

The invention relates to a clustering routing method based on a wireless sensor network node middleware. The clustering routing method is characterized in that an improved LEACH (low energy adaptive clustering hierarchy) routing protocol based on energy saving and relay decreasing is proposed on the foundation of existing LEACH protocol to effectively reduce energy consumption during LEACH cluster forming procedure; dynamic adaptive power control is adopted for controlling power of data transmitting phase; after nodes in clusters are added into corresponding clusters, respective channels are switched to the channels assigned by cluster heads; back-off and latency time of adjacent nodes are reduced to an extreme. The improved LEACH routing protocol is allocated in a network protocol stack of the sensor network middleware, adopts a service primitive manner, acquires physical link resource through 'Request' primitive from the data link layer below, and determines more proper routing protocol strategy according to returned 'Response' messages from the data link layer. By the aid of the clustering routing method, two phases of cluster head selection and adaptive transmission are respectively improved.
