Problems solved by technology

However, with the addition of the slow cooling device and the windless zone, the blowing position of the side blowing moves down, and the solidification point of the nascent fiber moves down, which intensifies the jitter of the tow, resulting in unstable air flow and aggravated the jitter of the tow. It makes the melt unstable after exiting the spinneret, and the spinning shape is affected to a certain extent. At the same time, the primary fiber stays near the crystallization area for a long time, which leads to the excessive crystallization of the primary fiber, which will cause wool and broken ends during production. Linear density unevenness increases and yield decreases
[0005] Existing studies have shown that there are many ways to obtain high-strength, high-modulus and low-shrinkage polyester industrial yarns. For example, Chinese patent CN102168319A obtains high-strength, high-modulus, and low-shrinkage polyester industrial yarns by using high-viscosity polyester chips as raw materials, but these None of the studies involved improving the cooling process to obtain high-strength, high-modulus, low-shrinkage polyester industrial yarns, and a suitable cooling process can ensure the stability of the solidification point of the primary fiber, reduce the fiber diameter unevenness, stabilize the tow, and cool evenly , so as to obtain polyester industrial yarn with high strength, high modulus and reduced dry heat shrinkage

Abstract

The invention discloses a manufacturing method of a high-strength, high-modulus and low-shrinkage polyester industrial yarn. The manufacturing method comprises the processes of preparation of a highly viscous melt polyester raw material, metering, spinning, cooling, oil applying, drawing, heat shaping and winding formation; the cooling comprises slow cooling, precooling, cooling in an air free zone and air blast cooling in sequence; the precooling part uses a driven hollow-out successive annular strip. Through the introduction of a precooling device, irregularity caused by tow shaking due to move-down of a curing point of a fiber is reduced, the linear density deviation is controlled within a lower range, and orientation and crystallization of an as-spun fiber are reduced, so that the high-strength, high-modulus and low-shrinkage polyester industrial yarn is obtained; and the high-strength, high-modulus and low-shrinkage polyester industrial yarn has the advantages of high breaking tenacity, high initial modulus, low linear density deviation, low breaking elongation and lower dry-heat shrinkage rate and can be used for preferably satisfying requirements on application.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to a production method of polyester industrial yarn, in particular to a production method of high-strength and low-elongation polyester industrial yarn, which belongs to the field of dry polyester industrial yarn manufacturing. Background technique [0002] Since the advent of polyester, it has achieved great development in industrial use. Polyester industrial yarn refers to high-strength, coarse denier polyester filaments for industrial use, and its fineness is not less than 550dtex. Polyester industrial yarn is widely used in industry because of its excellent physical and mechanical properties such as high initial modulus, high breaking strength, low elongation, and good impact resistance. It can be used as rubber for tire cords, cable covers, conveyor belts, etc. It can also be used as the skeleton material of plastic-coated fabrics, and can also be used as ropes, vehicle safety belts, conveyor belts, tarpaulins, coated fabrics...
