[0010] Put 0.6g of synthesized UZM-5 molecular sieve former powder containing tetraethylammonium hydroxide-tetramethylammonium chloride composite organic template in a beaker, add 60ml of 10% hydrogen peroxide aqueous solution, 400ppm Fe 2+ (FeCl 2 ), 80ppm Mn 2+ (MnCl 2 ), irradiated by ultraviolet light for 3 hours, filtered and washed with deionized water after completion of the reaction. The obtained samples were characterized by XRD, TG and other means. The results show that the template agent has been removed 100%. Compared with the roasting method, the UZM-5 molecular sieve obtained by this method has good crystallinity.
