Problems solved by technology

However, the solar battery backsheets produced by these methods are exposed to the outdoors for a long time, and are prone to layer separation or damage, aging and deterioration.
Once the PVF layer is damaged or separated from the PET layer, it is easy to cause the backsheet to lose its barrier properties to water vapor and oxygen, and other properties will also deteriorate
At the same time, because the above technologies need to use adhesives or solvents in the preparation process, the cost will increase, and the production process will produce certain pollution.

Abstract

The invention discloses a type of solar cell back panel material and a preparation method and a product thereof. The solar cell back panel material contains modified PVDF (Polyvinylidene Fluoride)and modified PET (polyethylene terephthalate); the modified PVDF comprises 70-80 parts of PVDF, 5-20 parts of modifying polymer resin |, 0.5-5 parts of inorganic filling | and 0.1-0.2 part of modifier in parts by weight; and the modified PET comprises 70-80 parts of PET, 5-15 parts of modifying polymer resin II, 0.5-10 parts of inorganic filling II and 0.1-0.2 part of modifier in parts by weight. In the preparation method disclosed by the invention, modifying resins, organic fillings and modifiers are used to respectively modify the PET and the PVDF so that the structure formed by coextrusion of the PET and the PVDF can have better mechanical property; the bonding performance between layers is improved; and the material is weather-resistant and can resist moisture and oxygen. The service life of the solar cell back panel made of the material is guaranteed to be more than 25years.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to the field of material science, in particular to a polymer material and its preparation method and product. Background technique [0002] Since the use of solar photovoltaic cell components to generate electricity is a clean, green and sustainable source of electricity, it has been valued by various countries. At present, China is the world's largest producer of solar cell modules, accounting for more than 50% of global production capacity. Solar cell modules are electrical products that have been placed outdoors for a long time. Water vapor, oxygen, and ultraviolet light in the environment will cause damage to the electronic components in them. Penetration will affect the bonding performance of EVA (ethylene-vinyl acetate copolymer), causing the back sheet to separate from the EVA, and then more moisture will directly contact the battery sheet and cause the battery sheet to be oxidized. Therefore, in addition to playing a bas...
