The process includes the following steps of crushing, primarily fermenting, secondarily fermenting, distributing, sterilizing, adding the amino acid liquid fertilizer, small amount of the JT microbial strain, dry land water-retaining agent and rooting powder into sterilized base materials and evenly mixing the mixture to prepare soilless nutrient base materials, and suppressing. Recycle value of existing rape straw and corn straw is low, farmers mostly burn the straws on the spot, and accordingly resources are wasted, and environment is polluted.
