Abstract

The invention relates to a method for preparing organic titanium-organic ammonium salt organic fertilizer by a salting-out process. The method is characterized in that: new metatitanic acid precipitate is prepared by neutralizing an iced solution of titanium salt by using alkali; the new metatitanic acid precipitate instead of titanium chloride and sulfate is used as raw materials for synthesizing citricacide-titatnium chelate; citricacide-titatnium chelate is synthesized by a microwave hot melting chelation process by using the new metatitanic acid precipitate as a titanium source and citricacid as an acid solvent and chelant; and the organic titanium-organic ammonium salt compound functional organic fertilizer is prepared by neutralizing a saturated solution of citricacide-titatnium chelate by using ammonium carbonate powder, and salting out. The synthesized organic titanium does not contain chlorine and sulfur ions completely. The citric acid has high capacity of chelating metal ions, and is stable in performance and high in activity; organic acid obtained by reacting citric acid, ammonium carbonate and ammonium hydroxide has high content and activity; and the organic titanium-organic ammonium salt compound organic fertilizer is powder, high in stability and water-solubility, and is convenient to store, convey and use.
