[0033] see figure 2 , the preparation method of above-mentioned benzotriazole-based copolymer comprises the steps:

[0034] S01: Provide compounds A and B represented by the following structural formula, respectively,

[0035] Among them, R is C 1 ~C 32 Alkyl or C 6 ~C 18 Alkoxy monosubstituted phenyl, R' is C 1 ~C 32 the alkyl group;

[0036] S02: In an oxygen-free environment, add compounds A and B into an organic solvent containing a catalyst and an alkali solution, and perform a Suzuki coupling reaction at 80-100° C. for 36-60 hours to obtain the compound represented by the following structural formula (I): Benzotriazole based copolymers:

[0037]

[0038] n in the structural formula (I) is an integer of 10-50.

[0039] In step S01, compounds A and B can be directly purchased from the market or prepared by existing synthetic methods. Wherein, it is basically the same as the description of the above-mentioned benzotriazole-based copolymer, R is preferably C ...

Abstract

The invention relates to the technical field of organic materials and provides a copolymer containing a benzotriazol group. The copolymer has a structural formula (I) shown as the specification, wherein R is an alkyl group from C1 to C32 or alkoxy-monosubstituted phenyl group from C1 to C38, R' is an alkyl group from C1 to C32, and n is an integer of 10-50. The invention also provides a preparation method and application of the copolymer containing the benzotriazol group. The copolymer containing the benzotriazol group contains benzotriazol and carbazole groups and has favorable photoelectric properties, thermal stability and film forming capability, thereby being a novel red-light-emitting copolymer.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention belongs to the technical field of organic materials, and in particular relates to a benzotriazole-based copolymer, its preparation method and application. Background technique [0002] In 1990, J.H.Burroughes of the University of Cambridge in the United Kingdom introduced PPV polymer light-emitting diodes for the first time, pioneering the preparation of devices by solution processing, and foreseeing the possibility of using them as flexible displays. The successful development of polymer light-emitting diodes has confirmed the feasibility of this technology and made people see the hope of using this technology as a flat panel display or a large-area flexible display screen. As we all know, it is very necessary for electroluminescent materials to emit high-efficiency, high-brightness three-primary color light for full-color color rendering when driven by a lower voltage. However, red light-emitting polymers are slightly inferior to green...
