Abstract

The invention relates to a method for extracting resveratrol from polygonum cuspidatum. The method comprises the following steps of: pulverizing dry roots and stems of polygonum cuspidatum into particles of 1-5mm; adding a complex enzyme special for the polygonum cuspidatum and water by a certain proportion; stacking for 10-15 days at room temperature for naturally fermenting; then adding 95 percent alcohol at 40-60 DEG C and dynamically extracting for three times; combining extraction solutions, filtering and decompressing to an alcohol degree of 60-70 percent; cooling and filtering; depressing and concentrating a filter solution until no alcohol smell exists; carrying out pumping filter to obtain a precipitate; and drying in vacuum to obtain a crude resveratrol product of 50-60 percent.By adopting the method to produce the resveratrol, only one solvent of alcohol is used in the whole process, thereby the problem of residues of harmful solvents is solved; and moreover, the yield canbe improved by 8-15 percent compared with an original method, and the product cost can be reduced by 25-30 percent. The method has the advantages of fewer operation steps, less used equipment and easy operation by labor power.
