The front view of the test chamber is as follows: figure 1 As shown, the side view is as figure 2 As shown, it includes a main cabin body 1, an airtight door 2, a pressure equalizing plate 3, an ultraviolet lamp 4, a sampling switch 5, a volatile organic compound (TVOC) sensor 6, a temperature sensor 7, a humidity sensor 8, a door hinge 9, Observation window 10, circulating air pipe 11, ventilation solenoid valve 12, ultrasonic humidifier 13, activated carbon filter 14, flow meter 15, heat exchanger 16, centrifugal dehydrator and compressed air interface 17, electric heater 18, refrigeration compressor Machine 19, compressor exhaust fan 20, circulation fan 21, cleaning drain valve 22, exhaust sampling solenoid valve 23.

[0032] The volume of the main cabin body 1 is 0.3m 3 , made of mirror stainless steel, with a sampling switch 5 on the top, ...

Embodiment 2

[0044] The online detection process of the multifunctional environmental simulation test chamber for online detection of total organic volatiles in textile materials is as follows: image 3 As shown, the sample to be tested is introduced into the main detection cabin through the sampling port, the sensor in the cabin can detect the TVOC value of the fabric, and the value is output through the online detection instrument. After programming the data, the background program computer receives all Measured TVOC data and displayed.

[0045] The effect of the multi-functional online detection cabin on the detection results of the injection volume of organic matter is carried out at a temperature of 25°C and a relative humidity of 50%, using the injection volumes of 10 μL, 20 μL, 30 μL, 40 μL, 50 μL and 100 μL of formaldehyde solution respectively. test, see the results Figure 4 .

Embodiment 3

[0047] Detect different types of VOC solutions using a multi-functional online detection cabin: under the conditions of a temperature of 30°C and a relative humidity of 50%, 10 μL of formaldehyde solution, 10 μL of acetone solution and 10 μL of benzene solution were used for testing, and the results are shown in Table 3 .

The main chamber body is provided with a sample injecting switch at the top end, an airtight door at the front surface, a cleaning drainage valve and an exhaust sampling electromagnetic valve at the bottom and the ultraviolet lamp inside; the ultrasonic humidifier is arranged on one side of the airtight door, the VOC sensor is arranged on the side surface of the main chamber body, the electric heater is connected with the main chamber body by a circulating air pipe, the refrigerating compressor is arranged on the lower part of the main chamber body, and the circulating fan is arranged below the electric heater. The invention has good stability and low cost, is easy to maintain, can detect the air for a long time, and is a fabric photocatalytic activity on-line VOC detection system comprising a special sensor, a basic evaluator, a data program, an on-line detection meter and the like by utilizing an on-line detection method.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to a test chamber, in particular to a multifunctional environmental simulation test chamber for online detection of total organic volatiles in textile materials. Background technique [0002] In the environment we live in, TVOC is an important class of air pollutants that have been emphasized by the World Health Organization (WHO), the National Academy of Sciences / National Research Council (NAS / NRC) and other institutions. TVOC (Total Volatile Organic Compound) refers to organic compounds whose saturated vapor pressure exceeds 133.32Pa at room temperature. Compounds, including alkanes, aromatics, alkenes, halocarbons, esters, aldehydes, ketones, etc. The toxicity, irritation, carcinogenicity and special odor of these organic substances will affect the skin and mucous membranes and cause acute damage to the human body. The main source of TVOC is outdoors, usually produced by fuel combustion and transportation; indoors, it mainly ...
