Abstract

The invention discloses a manufacturing method of the water tank of a water heater, which is characterized by comprising the following steps: (1) manufacturing water tank parison; (2) carrying out alkali wash, oil removing, pickling and polishing; (3) coating an alloy layer; (4) coating a heat-resistant layer; and (5) self drying 30min at room temperature and then drying for 15min under the condition of 300-400 DEG C to obtain finished product. The temperature resistance of the surface of aluminum or aluminum material can be effectively improved by a zinc-nickel-titanium alloy layer, meanwhile, the adhesion of a subsequent coating is improved; and the heat resistance and the decay resistance of the heat-resistant layer are further improved. Compared with manufacturing by copper in the prior art, the cost is lowered; and compared with products manufactured by aluminum or aluminum alloy, the heat resistance and decay resistance are improved.
